colors across time
The Colors Across Time series questions perception by changing the conditions we see in. The colors and shapes we perceive are only possible because of the light around us. When the light we’re using to see is changed throughout the day, different colors and forms emerge. Temporal Extrusions exaggerates this daily phenomenon. As the lighting changes colors, different aspects of the compositions are extruded across time. This destabilizes static prints to create motion where there—depending on your viewpoint—is none.
